This Privacy Policy explains how Crypto License Network ("we", "us", "our") processes personal data of clients, prospective clients, website visitors and other contacts. We are committed to processing data fairly, transparently and securely.

We process personal data on the following lawful bases, allocated by data category: contract performance (engagement letters and service delivery); legitimate interests (business administration, marketing to existing clients, security); legal obligation (AML/CTF, tax, regulator co-operation); consent (marketing to prospects, optional cookies, special category data where applicable).

We use personal data to provide legal and licensing services, comply with regulatory obligations (especially AML/CTF), manage client relationships, send service communications, send marketing where consented, secure our systems, defend legal claims and improve our website.

We share personal data with: our offices in United Kingdom, United Arab Emirates, Singapore, Estonia, United States; instructed third parties (KYC providers, accountants, technology vendors under DPAs); regulators and competent authorities (where legally required); your professional advisors (with your consent); and prospective counterparties such as banks (with your consent). We do not sell personal data.

Where data is transferred outside the UK / EEA, we rely on adequacy decisions, the EU Standard Contractual Clauses or the UK International Data Transfer Addendum. Transfers occur principally between our offices in United Kingdom, United Arab Emirates, Singapore, Estonia, United States.
